In this spirit, we are pleased to announce the latest update to the tourism and destination website OldTownClovis.org which provides the community with even more destination and event options to help drive local revenue and support the small businesses of Old Town Clovis. Whether you’re taking a spontaneous Friday evening trip to one of the Farmers Markets or spending the weekend with the locally owned stores and restaurants, the new mobile-optimized website will enable you to have a truly enjoyable experience.

“We’re thrilled to introduce the new website, which offers more engaging resources for both locals and out of town traveler. The number of people searching online and coming to Old Town Clovis has doubled since 2012, and we wanted to create a site that would help this huge and growing number of people join us in making Old Town Clovis better, safer, and more enjoyable for everyone.”
– Carole Lester, Executive Director of the Business Organization of Old Town

The site design focused on creating a responsive design, making the visitor experience on any device very user-friendly. We replaced the menu system on the mobile layout with quick access links that allowed mobile users access to information they commonly visited. In addition, there are five key features of the new site:

EVENT HUBS and sections, which include:

  • Everything you need to know about B.O.O.T.s Old Town events
  • Easy sign-up for specific event updates
  • Dynamic Event Photos
  • Sponsorship opportunities
  • Vendor Details
  • The latest updates from the Old Town Blog about the specific event
  • FAQs

PLACES TO EAT & DRINK section, which includes:

  • Modern and Mobile business listings for each of the merchants in Old Town Clovis who are members of the Business Organization of Old Town
  • Information on how to contact each business
  • Links to merchant’s website and Facebook

THINGS TO DO section, which includes:

  • Modern and Mobile business listing for each of the merchants in Old Town Clovis
  • Integrated business information and Facebook
  • Day Trips, with information about the Blossom Trail, Yosemite, nearby lakes and Forestiere Underground Gardens

We believe your website should always improve.

We have deeply embedded analytics that allow us to understand the website visitor and see what information they were truly after. We’ve worked with Old Town Clovis for the past 4 years and the relationship has allowed us to learn, validate, and iterate the user experience to fit the community Old Town Clovis caters to.

Why a Digital Marketing Audit Is Important
