Yes! We work with you to prioritize the items you want to update on your website and we also spend time at the start of your program strategically reviewing your website and sharing with you what we discover that needs improvements.
How will we see the progress of our website development?
We share progress updates with you in three ways. Youâll have access to our client project management software where youâll receive updates as we complete different website updates and youâll see all items in progress as well. We have weekly or bi-weekly client meetings where weâll share what we completed in the sprint and youâll also receive monthly reports and what has been completed and your overall program.

YES! Although we do not like to hold much of the focus on your competitors, it is an important step to developing creative campaigns. How do you get accurate information for the lead magnets you create?
We collaborate with your team to understand how to frame the problem and solution. Then our copywriters and strategist perform in-depth research to develop professional copy.
Will there be a revision to the copy and/or design?
Yes! We want you to add your ideas and unique perspective for both copy and design, so we look forward to your feedback at each revision stage. Our specialists work to implement any changes you need in a timely manner.
Will I be able to see the offer before itâs finished?
Absolutely. Youâll see it a few times, actually. After the first draft of the copy is done, weâll send it to you for revisions. Youâll see it again at least one more time before it goes to design, and then again after our designers have worked their magic.
How quickly can a content offer be created?
Typically a content offer takes about a month to create, from conception to a final product being published on your site. It can take longer, however, for more in-depth offers or offers that require web development.

Do you offer unlimited revisions?
Our programs work from points which means that as long as you have enough points in your program you do have unlimited edits. We want to ensure you have a design that is a true representation of your brand.
What do I need to prepare before talking with you?
Know what elements of your brand you want to update such as your logo, fonts, colors, website, and print collateral. Share who will be involved in the branding project and if there is a specific point of contact that will approve all work. Have an idea of your timeline and budget.
We already have a brand identity. Can you still help?
Weâre always up for reinvigorating existing brand elements if thatâs what you need. If you already have an old brand identity you think might need a little love, our strategists and designers can take a look to see how it stacks up against modern competition.

We build in a variety of platforms and use different coding languages. We are not constrained to a specific software. The majority of our clients utilize HubSpot and WordPress for their landing pages.
Do design and build your own landing pages or do you use templates?
Everything that we make for you is custom. We keep your brand in mind and designing your landing pages and ensure consistency in everything we design and build for you. We donât use templates, only when requested from the client that we use their designs.
How many landing pages do we need for our website?
This depends on how many personas you have, your products or services and how involved your sales process is. We review all of these aspects during your strategy phase to ensure we are developing the best offers and landing pages for your service and buyer personas.
Do we get to review the design and provide edits?
Yes! We share copy, design, and builds with you for approval and edits. We ensure that you love every design or will work with you to make the edits necessary so you do love the end result!

We review and analyze email open rates, click through rates, conversions, and bounced emails. The data from each email will tell us if we need to adjust our subject lines or call to action in the email.
We only email your current email lists or generate new lists organically or with paid ads. The message we send also depends on the campaigns we work on together and the goal of the campaign. How long does it take to generate results?
Typically, a full inbound marketing program is a minimum 10- to 12-month program. Months 1-2 are goal setting and foundation setup. By Month 3, you should be seeing significant improvement in your reach, engagement, and traffic growth due to the paid acquisition channels. Months 4 through 9 are build-out of lead-generating funnels and ongoing campaign optimizations based on what is working.
If youâre in B2B and see five- to six-month sales cycles, you can expect the same timeframe for inbound marketing, if not slightly longer.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your program for the coming month at any time. Most programs are Good-Til-Cancelled (GTC), otherwise agreed upon.

What does your inbound marketing program cost?
To support products, divisions, or specific funnel goals and focus on demand generation with fully integrated campaigns across search marketing, social media, content marketing, strategy, analysis, automation, graphics, and moreâprograms range from a $8,500â$25,000 monthly retainer.Â
This price does not include the cost of buying the traffic from Facebook, Google, or other networks. Ad spend is on your own account, which is separate from our program fee. Whatever you pay for ads on Facebook, Google, etc. goes directly to them. We donât mark it up.
Who will be the person we work with in our program?
You will work directly with a Program Owner (Strategist and Digital Marketing Consultants) and the rest of their hive team. The goal of the hive structure is to create a core team that can service all your needs.

How will Uhuru work with our internal marketing team?
We specialize in working with established marketing teams, where at least one person owns the marketing relationship with Uhuru. We arenât a transactional, outsourced vendor. Do you offer a paid media program only?

What if I want the strategy completed in 30 days?
Uhuruâs proprietary Strategic Framework is the foundation for all marketing activities and provides guidance in the long term (12â18 months). It is a framework under which marketing decisions can be made, as well as a reference and guide for campaign development.
If the campaign launch time is compressed due to short-term objectives or time-sensitive initiatives, the Uhuru Strategic Framework can be implemented in 30 days.Â
